Yeah it seems like they wanted to go off the rails and did leading to action game nonsense. 2. Scoobydewdoo • 2 yr. ago. I've played most of the main Resident Evil games and I found all of the middle games (4, 5, and 6) to be the weakest by far so I'm right with you. Granted, neither are really scary, and the beginning mission of RE 6 with Leon sucks even more than the partner AI in RE 5, but both are pretty fun to play and RE 5 has so much cheese and hammy lines that make up for the lack of a scary atmosphere. Of course they both have lots of other problems, but I think that's something for another thread. I'll still argue that RE6 is in no means a bad core game though; it just suffers from really a really bad campaign hampered with atrocious level design and sub-par writing. Of course, having a better inventory system along with item upgrades like RE4 and 5 would have gone a long way too. The weapons lacked variety and there was no balance. Each gun was straight up better than the previous. RE4's weapons gave it such a good replay value. The combat is bad by series standard. Enemies just don't react to getting shot and there is no solid flow or intelligent design to most of the encounters in the game. Resident evil 6 has A LOT Of Nonsensical moments, Like the Helicopter scene in the intro. Ridiculous.. But the gameplay is solid. Most Set Pieces were amazing to me. I Thought it was Amazing playing through Leon's Chapter. Jake and Sherry felt A Lot Like Resident evil 4 and 3, And Chris was pretty much Resident evil 5 with CoD Seasoning. . hello, wow, that's a wall of text, but overly I agree with you. Resident Evil 6, for me, is one of the best entries in the series just for the sake of its originality and trying something different. yes, it has more gun-ho gameplay, yes it has zero item management, yes no save-rooms, tank control and other rudimentary relics from the days of future past - but that game is FUN, especially in RE2 is the easiest of the classic resident evil games, and is way more straightforward than the old Silent Hill games. Plus both of these series use very similar gameplay structures, minus the limited inventory. Silent hill can be much more cryptic, one of the items required to get the good ending in the original isn’t explained at all This film maybe a clumsy attempt at recreating Resident Evil 1 and 2, but at the very least unlike Piss Wank Shit Anderson movies it tries it's best to stick to the source material. If they had a Obnoxious adolescent cunt characters like that really appeal to obnoxious adolescent cunt teenage girls, which is a shockingly large, enthusiastic, and easily manipulated demographic. The Irish guy's even worse. He was being handed Jade who was locked up then starts shooting the place up allowing her to escape. For Resident Evil 6 on the PlayStation 3, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "So this game must get really bad?".

is resident evil 6 really that bad
